Big Eye Diagnostics specializes in developing highly sensitive and specific rapid diagnostic tests at an affordable price. The format of our tests is akin to that of the widely used home tests for Covid-19, which means that they are ideally suited both for use at home and in primary care facilities. Moreover, as our tests are specifically designed to withstand tough operating conditions, including mechanical stress and high temperatures and humidity, they are also perfectly adapted to being used by minimally trained personnel under zero-infrastructure conditions in tropical and subtropical climates. Our tests are optionally supplied with a smartphone-based reader app that will interpret the results for in an objective way and store them in a globally accessible cloud-based repository for later retrieval.

Big Eye Diagnostics’ vision is to optimize prototype tests, developed either internally or by third party customers, and progress them to laboratory and field validation, ISO-13485:2016 accredited large-volume manufacturing, regulatory approval, and eventually commercialization.  We ultimately aim to become a preferred Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) for any partner wishing to turn complex diagnostic challenges into simple and affordable solutions.
